| These cabinets were designed around our clients’ wish to incorporate salvaged glass and hardware from a family home. The ends of the cabinets are built with long miters to show the oak’s quartersawn character on adjacent sides. Hinges and knobs are from full-size doors in the family’s original Tudor Revival house. The salvaged glass wall tile was painstakingly cleaned and installed by the project’s remodeling contractor, Gilbert Construction, of Bloomington, Indiana. | ||||
